Journey to New York & Friends Mtg

The Friends of Schoharie Crossing host site staff member Jeanne Gostling offers the program "Journey to New York."

This presentation follows immigrants on their path across New York along the Erie Canal as they settle into America. Discover some of the harsh realities of the voyage, the journey, and what awaited them as they hoped for a better life.

This program is free and open to the public. There will be a short meeting of the Friends at 6pm followed by the presentation.
