September 7: Labor Day Clambake

Spend your Labor Day on the riverfront. Inspired by classic New England seaside gatherings, the River Pavilion Clambake experience brings together fresh shellfish, coastal flavors, and sunset views of the Hudson.

Served family-style for the table, celebrate the final days of summer on the East Coast with a traditional clambake and elevated atmosphere.

$125 per person | $65 for children 12 & under

WELCOME TO THE CLAMBAKE! Start the evening off with:
- East Coast Oysters: Champagne Mignonette • Lemon
- Little Neck Clams on the Half Shell
- Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: House Cocktail Sauce
- Fresh baked Parker House Rolls: Sea Salt Butter

Followed by a generous seafood feast served to the table:
- 1¼ lb Maine Lobster: Drawn Butter • Charred Lemon
- Steamed Little Neck Clams: White Wine • Garlic • Herbs
- Prince Edward Island Mussels: Shallots • White Wine Broth
- Sweet Corn on the Cob: Old Bay Butter
- Red Bliss Potatoes: Sea Salt • Herbs
- Andouille Sausage: Smoked Paprika • Garlic

Along with Summer garden sides:
- Hudson Valley Greens: Citrus Vinaigrette
- Watermelon & Feta Salad: Mint • Lime

And a sweet finish:
