The Capital District Scottish Games will take place on September 5, 2026 at Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY 12009.
The event features a variety of Scottish cultural activities, including:
- Pipe Band Events
- Stage Bands
- Highland Athletics
- Highland Dancing
- Children's Events
- Clans & Societies
- On-site Camping
- Charity Golf Tournament
- Hotels & Lodging information
- Import Vendors
Tickets are available now. Tickets at the gates are $25. Children 12 years of age and younger are free at the gates. Free parking is available.
Veterans and active military receive a 50% discount on gate admissions by showing their ID card at the gate; this discount is only available at the gate on the day of admission and is limited to the veteran or active service member.
Registrations are available for those interested in participating in:
- Pipe Band competitions
- Solo contests
- Highland Dance events.
