GRAMMY-winning multi-instrumentalist Mino Cinélu offers a rare opportunity to experience the living legacy of Miles Davis through the artistry of one of his closest collaborators. Having performed and recorded seven albums with Miles Davis, Cinélu brings Mino 4 Miles to the Hudson Jazz Festival—an extraordinary musical experience inspired by the creativity, freedom, and fearless artistic spirit he shared with one of jazz’s greatest visionaries.
Over a career spanning more than five decades, Cinélu has collaborated with jazz icons including Weather Report, Herbie Hancock, and Dizzy Gillespie. For Mino 4 Miles, Cinélu marks the jazz icon’s centennial with a special evening of music inspired by the years spent alongside Miles Davis through original compositions, evocative storytelling, and immersive visuals. Cinélu reflects on the profound influence Miles Davis had on his life while celebrating the boundless spirit of innovation that continues to inspire generations of musicians.
