Evening Lupine Walk
Location
About
5:00 pm–6:00 pm
Join us on a 0.9-mile hike to look for wild blue lupine, a native perennial wildflower that grows in the Albany Pine Bush. Also known as "sun dial lupine," wild blue lupine is critical to the survival of two rare butterflies here. Learn about its role in the inland pine barrens ecosystem while experiencing the beauty of the pine barrens in spring.
We will meet inside the Discovery Center.
Suitable for ages 6+.
Suggested donation: $5.
