Philophilia / Troubadour

Newly formed, right here in Catskill, Philophilia lives somewhere between a fever dream and a confession. Blending Marta Weber's soulful vocals and intimate songwriting with hypnotic psychedelic guitar and atmospheric synth, this closet rock band fuses indie rock, dream pop, and psych into something both beautiful and emotional.

Troubadour is Connor Martin and Meghan Mercier.

Connor Martin is a singer songwriter hailing from San Francisco, California. His music has been described as “Fae folk” and “Coldplay on acid.” He has played solo and performed as a member of Baharat Band.

Meghan Mercier is a Hudson Valley based cellist, composer, and educator. Always seeking new inspiration, Meghan draws influence from a myriad of styles from folk to free improv to contemporary classical. Her recent work is interested in musical storytelling via improvisation and indeterminacy. Meghan has performed around the HV with Stephen Bluhm and the Adriana Tampasis Trio.
