Discover the healing art of Reiki with Tricia in this immersive introductory workshop. Students will explore the history and principles of Usui Reiki, gain an understanding of the chakra system, and learn how energy healing can support relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
During the workshop, participants will receive a Reiki attunement and develop foundational skills for practicing Reiki on themselves and others. Guided instruction and hands-on practice will help students build confidence in channeling Reiki energy in a supportive and welcoming environment. The workshop will conclude with participants giving and receiving Reiki practice sessions.
What the workshop includes:
- Reiki attunement
- Instruction on Usui Reiki principles and the chakra system
- Guided, hands-on practice and partner sessions (giving and receiving)
- Written materials and a Reiki 1 completion certificate
Tricia is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® practices. This class will focus specifically on the foundations and techniques of Usui Reiki.
Please dress comfortably, and bring snacks and drinks to stay nourished throughout the session. Please ensure your name is spelled correctly when registering so that the completion certificate is accurate.
