About

Complimentary live music on our Salon Stage while you dine. We feature local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. Seating is prioritized for guests joining us for dinner. You can also enjoy a cocktail or beer in the Tap Room while listening to the music.

Patrick Stanfield Jones (www.patrickstanfieldjones.com) has shared the stage as a supporting musician with well-known actors and recording artists and has made TV appearances in England, Canada, Germany, and the U.S. He has toured and performed as a backing musician with the Isley Brothers, Terry Reid, Gene Clark, Imelda Staunton, Oh! Calcutta!, SPUNK, Whitney Houston, and Buddy Miles. He has performed music by classical composer Ned Rorem at NYC’s Merkin Hall and also does children’s music in schools. Most recently, Patrick played Wappinger Chief Daniel NimHam in “Nimham-Washington Legacy,” a musical by Algonquin writer and composer Evan Pritchard.

Laurie Siegel was nurtured by the Hudson River folk community from a young age. She is a founding and current member of the folk trio Hudson Valley Sally (hudsonvalleysally.org) and sings at local festivals with the Trouble Sisters. She is a longtime member of the Walkabout Clearwater Chorus and is a contributing vocalist on Pete Seeger’s Grammy-winning CD, “Pete at 89.” In addition to her folk roots, Laurie is a genre-bending vocalist and musician with influences spanning the musical spectrum.
