Our Salon Stage provides Complimentary Live Music while you dine. We feature amazing local Hudson Valley and touring artists nightly. You may discover one of your new favorite artists. As always, we prioritize seating for guests who are joining us for dinner. We also provide a great Tap Room for enjoying a cocktail or beer while listening to the live music on our Salon Stage.
Don Sparks is a working character actor with over fifty television and film credits and is a highly popular performing songwriter. In 2018 he created the role of “JD” in the Broadway musical, “Jimmy Buffett’s Escape To Margaritaville,” and solos on the Original Cast Album. He also toured with Jimmy Buffett with the show to New Orleans, Houston, and Chicago. In 2025 he was “Twohey,” a banjo-playing barfly in the NBC series, “Long Bright River,” and was “Iceman Jim” in the movie, “My Own Love Song,” where he sings a Dylan tune for Renee Zellweger’s character.
