This interactive, guided charcuterie workshop at Galway Rock Winery will teach you how to curate a board for entertaining, gifting, or treating yourself. You’ll learn design techniques, pairing tips, and styling tricks step by step.

Each guest receives the ingredients and fixings to create a decorative charcuterie board, plus a keepsake wooden board to take home.
