Fall Forest Bathing

Enjoy a crisp fall day at the Thacher Nature Center with certified forest bathing instructor and life coach Sandy Wilson. Saunter through the forests, practice mindfulness, and enjoy a snack and tea as you appreciate the colors of autumn.

Come dressed for the weather. Bring your own lunch if staying for the watercolor class; all supplies will be provided.
