Solstice Simmer Pot Kits

As we approach the longest nights of the year, create your own simmer pot kit to bring warmth into your home! Join a park educator on a short winter walk as we learn to identify evergreen needles and discuss best foraging practices. Then, combine these needles with dried fruits and spices and simmer your mixture in water to enjoy the smells of nature—or gift it to a loved one!

Best for ages 10+. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required. Call 518-872-0800 to register.
