Quilling is an art form that uses small strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued to create intricate designs. In this class, instructor Stacey will teach participants how to make adorable stand-alone flowers in little wooden pots using this technique.
All materials are provided. No prior experience is necessary.
Registration is required — RSVP below or call the library. Please note this class is only for participants who were unable to attend the same class on July 17th.
