Columbia County Fair

The Columbia County Fair is a six-day event in Chatham, NY, held September 2–7, 2026, offering a variety of entertainment and activities for all ages.

Schedule highlights:
- Demolition derbies: Thursday and Friday evenings at 6:30 pm
- Monster Tractor Pull: Saturday at 4:00 pm
- Country singer Jerrod Niemann: September 6 at 4:00 pm
- Painted Pony Rodeo (Labor Day, Monday, September 7): Slack at 3:00 pm; Rodeo begins at 5:00 pm

Admission tickets are available for purchase online.

The fair includes agriculture, competitions, educational exhibits, arts and crafts, and family fun.
